Google Play, Ledger’s app support, and Companies House process data under their own notices when you leave this site.
What we process
This site has no user accounts and does not ask for a Secret Recovery Phrase, PIN, private key, or payment card.
- Information you send by email, such as your address and the content of the message.
- Technical data that a hosting provider typically logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, and browser type.
- Your cookie choice, stored in the browser’s local storage under the key
lt_cookie_consent.
Why we use it
- To reply to messages you send us. The legal basis is steps you ask us to take, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To keep the site available and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website.
- To remember cookie choices. The legal basis is your consent for optional categories, and necessity for storing that choice.
We do not sell personal data. Analytics and marketing tags are not loaded unless you accept them in the cookie banner. At publication, no Google Analytics measurement ID is installed.
Sharing
Hosting staff and processors may see connection logs in order to run the server. If you follow a link to Google Play or ledger.com, those organisations receive the data their own sites collect. We may disclose information if the law requires it. If advertising or analytics tools are added later, they will run only after consent, and this notice will name them.
Your rights
If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, you can ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, and ask for a portable copy of data you provided. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to another relevant authority.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived if a legal duty requires it. Hosting logs follow the host’s retention schedule. The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear site data.
Security and other sites
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to a static information site. Links to Google Play, Ledger, and Companies House leave our control. Read their privacy notices before you use those services.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you are viewing the current notice.
